Some Important Details

Performance Space Requirements:

  • Each musician requires a minimum space of 4′ x 4′. Drummers require 8′ x 8′.
  • DJs require a minimum space of 6′ x 8′.

Equipment:

  • Musicians require chairs without arms.
  • DJs require one or two 6′ tables and a chair.

Staging:

  • Staging is preferred but not a necessity for all musicians, ensembles, bands & DJs.

Indoor Events:

  • Access to a power supply.

Outdoor Events:

  • We require adequate covering from the elements (e.g. tent with roof and three sides, or shady trees) be provided or available.
  • An indoor alternate location due to inclement weather due to performance-challenging temperatures (17°C or less for up to 1hr of outdoor performance; 20°C or less for 1hr or more of outdoor performance) and/or weather conditions.
  • Portable heaters (propane or electric) for confirmed outdoor, tent events with “iffy” weather conditions.
  • Access to a power supply for “plugged-in” bands, and evening events for music stand lights, etc.
