Caribbean Star
African-Caribbean Fire Breathing, Dancing, Eating, Limbo!
Bio:
At the age of 15, a determined Chris pursued his dream of becoming a professional dancer. Studying, performing, daring to imagine…..even mastering Afro-Caribbean dance with the St. Lucia National Dance Troupe. Chris performances at various resorts across the island wowed the tourists. Three years later, his keen interest in dance took him to Trinidad where he studied ballet and perfected his craft even further.
From the age of 20, Chris performed solo throughout St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Vincent and England. His exceptional fire dancing skill and daring feats of fire eating and dragons (breathing out streams of fire in excess of 15 feet) leaves crowds in awe every time!
Through various organizations, Chris has taught dance to children in St. Lucia and Canada for the past 15 years. He inspires the children and passes on his love for dance and entertainment. Chris currently teaches dance to children of all ages at a local community centre in Toronto, Ontario.
